On the very rare occasion that your item is listed on the site but has become unavailable for any reason we will immediately refund the card that you used to purchase this item.
Warranty
All our products are covered by the full manufacturers warranty. Please follow any instructions contained with your new purchase relating to registering your new product with the manufacturer. Returns
If you wish to exchange your new purchase please contact us by email at info@slopestyleshop.com stating the reason for the return and we will issue you with a returns number. We will not accept any returns without this number. Send the item to us within 14 days of receipt in perfect condition with all the original tags still attached to the garment/product and the original Slopestyle receipt. You are responsible for the postage charges for any items that you return to Slopestyle unless the item is faulty and covered under the warranty. Make sure that you register the package at the Post Office and retain the proof of dispatch. We will offer you an exchange for the correct size (if available) or a refund in full. If you wish to exchange for a different product please explain this when you contact us for your return number.
